Just picked up a 1970 Evinrude 9.5 HP Motor
model # 9022C
serial # E01154
We cleaned the fuel filter and carb out today.
When runn'n it at idel speed it runs great,
however it seems to be missing when runn'n full open.
Any ideas as to why?
Also need to know the plug set of JC4 ... |

Cracked / faulty ignition coils. Cracked / leaking plug wires where the take a 90 degree bend coming out of the magplate. |
