Greetings. I'm hooking up the motor and the throttle shift cable slides freely, but when attached to the motor isn't able to open it all the way. (mounted on the outside). The cable end is attached to a "swivel" on the outside of the motor that on the inside of the motor opens the throttle. The part the holds the cable is on good condition. The problem is the attachment from the cable end to this "swivel". How is it attached in a way that lets it open properly? Is there a special piece I have to buy? Or is this question to unclear? Thanks |
