Hi JWB.. just saw a post where you talked about wet plugs, I just did a compression test on my engine, (80-85psi all cylinders) and noticed I had plugs with no earth arm piece. The boat runs ok (apart from overheat issue)are these plugs ok ?, how do I know when I have a prob with these plugs ?. With normal plugs, you can notice quite easily if burnt or wet shot or salvageable.
Seems spark jumps from cntr electrode to inside edge of rim of plug. some fuel oil residue but looks to be good. how would these plugs show problem/wear and tear ???? or am I being to pedantic |
