Maybe someone can guide me in the right direction. I only have spark on the top right cyl. I swapped power packs and I get the same result. No spark on top and bottom port cyls and no spark on bottom starboard cyl. The motor ran good up until the end of last season and just crapped out.

testing of stator and timer base are called for in this situation....ohmeter,and service manual req..ck all connections.make sure your 'spark tester' is grounded good. |

Spark tester should have a gap of 7/16".
Remove spark plugs. Disconnect the large RED electrical connector at the engine. Crank the engine by jumping the solenoid. Do you have spark now or is there no improvement? |
