i have a envirude 120hp V4 and im having problems starting it and i don't know why it takes so long to start some times
it's usual that it starts for a while and that it turns of again does any one know what might be my problem? |

Are you pushing the key in while cranking and pushing it in when it falters before it warms up. |

Starting procedure: pump fuel bulb up hard.
Apply a slight bit of throttle with either the throttle lever or the warm up lever.
Crank engine and push the key in at the same time. When the engine fires/starts, release the key so that it falls back to the run position.
Pushing the key in activates the choke or fuel primer solenoid, whichever the engine may have. |

hello I have a 1985 140 vro evinrude when I turn the key I hear a high pitch beep from the key switch and nothing happens it don't engage the starter any help with this thanks. |
