My friend have a Yanmar 4lh-te with km5a (kanzaki) gearbox. The gearbox slips alot, and i am going to help him change lamellar.
Our local Yanmar dealer says that we to have lift out the engine to get off the gearbox from me engine?
Is it true?
There is a lot of space in the engine room so the space is not problem, so i don´t really understand why we have to take out the engine..
