I changed engines from a yamaha 50TLR to a Honda BF50A and trying to use the yamaha throttle box and cable
is there a harness to connect the yamaha 10 pin to the honda square adapters

Honda sells their dealers a big "kit" box of those square connectors that are empty. You can match up the pins or sockets as needed and "make up" the plug you need IF you can sort out which Yami wire goes to what Honda wire.

Or....
....you could could do it "my style" and just hardwire it eliminating both plugs.
Because, how many times are you going to be plugging or unplugging anyway?
