What happened here . Help

Can you be a little more specific? It looks to me your tell tale hose came off, there was a recall to fit a hose clip to prevent this from happen. I'm guessing it happened unnoticed and what you're seeing is the cosequence of a saltwater filled engine cowl. The new D series engine cowls are a lot better sealed than the old split cowl, so when water leaks occur the water can't get out quick enough to prevent catastrophic damage. This looks pretty bad, you'll find the electrics are all badly corroded around the fuse box area aswell as the fuel pump.

If you are thinking of buying it . I would take big steps in rapid succession and look for another motor.

Yes I confirmed with dealer about the recall and it’s still under warranty. Do u think this is related to it
, dealer will cover this ?

They will assess, if servicing has been done when required by a dealer and recalls are all done then warranty should cover this.

Well I doubt Honda will cover this , but you never know.

They certainly won't cover the beat up prop. Those SS props are not cheap - you might be able to have it restored by a local prop shop...
