"The PSS has been around a while; you either love them or hate them. Like DD said, much better approach than the lip seals.

The bellows appears to be the 'weak spot'. Don't have any first-hand experience with them (deemed them too expensive during overhaul) but there is much on line. I'd bet most of the issues are due to suboptimal install. On most planing hulls, the water injection tube is a must."
