What does this warning light mean!?

Yes, it's NOT a warning light. It is an information lamp telling you that your oil pressure is above minimum. That lamp should ALWAYS be illuminated any time the engine is running.
It is an odd "feature" exclusive to Honda outboards I believe but it's traditional with them and a good thing in this instance since yours is lit.
