water pressure gauge installation

Where is the best place to connect the hose that goes to a water pressure gauge on a 1999 200 efi ?

I don't know. You might look on the rear of the block. Location would be the water jacket covers through which the spark plugs emerge. Somewhere, probably near the top you may find a 1/8" NPT brass plug...maybe on one side maybe both. That would be your access point.
