I have a 89 evinrude 175. I just recently swapped my vro to a regular fuel pump. It started after a few tries before the swap. Now it won't start after the conversion. Sounds like she really wants to, but just doesn't. I've misplaced my pulse limiter so I was trying it without that. Don't know if it would affect it. Its the double pump and hoses seem to be correct. But I'm stumped.
