I have a 1971 Donzi Ski sporter with a holman moody 302 mated to a Volvo 270, the PDS bearings self destructed and I'm left with a mess. My only solution is to install sealed bearings, as the sealing surfaces are scored, so new seals will do no good. The thing that puzzles me is the housing has no provision for adding grease or oil??? not that I need it now but with the original set up (open bearings), it would have needed it, or am i missing something.
