I have a 2007 Bryant 270 with a Volvo Penta 8.1 Gxi and I am getting an audible alarm about every three seconds once I take the engine over 3,000 RPM. ALL gauges are good... temp is 175, voltage is 14 and oil is 50 psi at 3,000 rpm and the engine IS NOT going in to safe mode. I can accelerate to 5,000 RPM and all gauges still remain in good range, beeping continues and does not go into safe mode... no loss of power or speed. Could a bad sensor be possible? If so how can I obtain the sensor wiring diagrams to troubleshoot? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
