Torque specs and tightening pattern needed

I need this for reassembling the lower unit to engine 4 bolts, and one nut of a 1996 Mercury 30 hp 2 stroke/ oil injected O/B. Serial no. OG312893. Also need the specs for the 4 water pump cover bolts. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

The four bolts get torqued to 40 foot pounds.

The nut (and should be a washer there too) also 40 foot pounds.

Water pump cover is torqued to 60 inch pounds (5 foot pounds if you only have a foot pound wrench).
