To much oil in fuel from 150 1994 model

1994 150 mercury starts want keep running smoking like crazy and oil coming from exhaust and prop Seems to be getting to much oil to carbs

The oil tank pressure valve needs replaced as not bleeding off the pressure of the boat oil tank. It is found under the starter
