Tilt trim parts for 125hp 1987 Force

the 5 sided "cap" for

the 5 sided "cap" for the trim assembly on my 1987 125hp Force Tilt Trim housing cracked. This is the housing the trim piston pushes through. Where would I find a replacement? If parts aren't available what is a good option for replacing the tilt assembly?

I have a 1987 125hp force out

I have a 1987 125hp force outboard engine that 2 black plastic tubes (about 4 inches long and 1/2 in diameter) were inside the rubber exhaust hose. Any idea where these plastic tubes go inside the motor?
