I have a 94 evinrude 112spl. the tilt/trim stopped working. relays click when I push button up or down. I have 12v going into relays and 12v coming out. also have 12v on both sides of where motor plugs into wire from relay box. I used a jumper and put 12v to motor and no up or down. replaced motor and same thing. I can take the 2 (1 green 1 blue) wires and direct wire them to battery and it will go up and down. can a relaybe bad and still have 12v coming in and out?
