Tilt and Trim Leaking

I have a 1991 Evinrude 150. I have to refill my resevoir about every 5-7 days or there won't be enough fluid to make it work. I have reilled it and cleaned everything off to try and locate the leak. I have been unsuccessful. How difficult is it to rebuild the tilt and trim?

If you have an OEM factory service manual and a few special tools it's easy. You may want to put some ATF in it as that is red in color and it may be eaisier to find the leak.

ATF won't damage anything?

ATF will work just fine with that trim unit...
