Purchased the motor 2002, fitted 2 impellers thought that fitting a new I peller why not future a new thermostat. Being one of tgecsssiest jobs I removed the thermostat cover, surprise NO thermostat. Motor serviced annualy by professional. Found a thermostat in Germany and USA and possibly reason thermostat not fitted, cost in Germany £66 iplus £38 postage.alsi in USA $56 plus postage.
Have not experienced any cooling problems in the past 20 yrs so is there any reason to fit a thermostat.
Thoughts would be appreciated.
