What is the preferred thermostat for the Chrysler 318? Twin engines F=32

Is an engine w/a heat exchanger with a raw and fresh water side considered fresh water cooled for the sake of the thermostat?

Don...It's not salt v fres

Don...It's not salt v fresh water. Just remember raw water means r-a-w. Water that is right out of the lake. That's how I got it to stick in my mind. Fresh is 'clean' in an enclosed system like your car. They could've used a better acronym.
