Testing Switch box (x2) 1989 135hp 0C125792

Mercury 1989 135hp 0c125792 40amp stator with two 9610a5 switch boxes.

My manual includes testing oms and voltage for trigger and stator. However nothing is listed with regards to testing the voltage regulator or switch box function(x2). Does anyone have or know where I can locate this information or a testing guide?

I have no spark on right cylinder bank (standing behind the motor facing forward).

Swap stator wires on switchboxes..if problem follows bad stator. If problem stays bad switchbox, and only replace in pairs. Use OEM,EMP,Serria replacements ..no Amazon cheapies

Sorry, long days at work.

Tested Ohms and voltage on trigger passed.

Stator was 240 and 212. Spec is 180 to 400 volts
Other was 21 and 21. I have two tables....one says 20+ and other says 25+
Thoughts on the 21 values?

I did as you suggested and swapped the blue and blue/white and
Red/white and red from the stator to the two boxes. It did not follow. Same cylinders fired as before the swap.

So sounds like I need new switch boxes (swapped in pairs). Correct?
Thoughts on low stator values?
Btw all Ohms passed.
