I have a T9.9 PLRY outboard that was purchased in Canada but when I am buying parts for it in the USA, there is never any reference to that model. The Serial number does not help either when I call part places that are not Canadian dealers. Does anybody know if there is a cross reference to U.S. models I can use when buying parts for the T 9.9 PLRY? I did learn "T" stands for Thrust, "P" stands for power tilt, "L" stands for Long Shaft, "R" stands for Remote start and "Y" stands for year 2000. Will most parts for a U.S. Year 2000 T9.9 work for this motor with the exception of the lower unit?
