Swap a 1960 Evinrude to a 1961 Johnson 40hp?

Hi,

I have a 1961 Johnson 40hp (RDSL-23) with a broken engine casting(s). I also have a 1960 Evinrude 40hp (35018). Will the Evinrude bolt up to the Johnson Mid section? Also, will the Johnson electric start, ect, bolt on without a problem?
