Startup noise

I have a Bayliner 185 with the Merc V6 sterndrive.

It recently started making this "spinning" noise when it starts. It always starts, so whatever it is, it isn't completely screwed up yet. But I need help identifying the noise.


 
Ayuh,... Pull the starter, 'n See what's up,...

Maybe the bolts are loose, 'n it's about to fall off, bustin' the corner off the block, requirin' a new motor,...
