Starter replacement 1983 Mercruiser 350 ci

Have to replace starter on a 1983, Mercruiser 350, GM V8. How many attaching bolts must I remove?? I am attempting to complete without removing engine.

Ayuh,.... There's 2 attachin' bolts, straight up from below, aft end of the starter,....
