Anyone know of a aquamatic specialist that will repair these drives. Have one with a clicking noise and need it fixed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Joe

Sorry, We are in Syracuse, N.Y.
We just don't have alot of experience with these older drives. We are having a very hard time finding anyone that works on them or knows about them.

All the time, replaced intermediate shaft bearings and seals last spring and no noise.
Month into summer a different clicking noise started, in neutral and gear no matter what.
Inspected upper on drive. Found someone had sharpies #s on the forward and reverse gears along with the factory scribed numbers. Don't know why ?? I can't obtain correct clearance on top clutch nut, no clearance on 1 side of nut ( 4 is on the nut, which I thought there was only a 1 2 and 3) think the shaft is bent but not sure. Kinda why I was looking for a specialist.

Contact Monmouth marine in Brielle NJ. You may be able to save shipping cost by only sending the top third in a USPS big priority box with some padding added..
