That is an engine moded number. The pitch of the propeller will be found imprinted on the propeller itself.

trouble shoot for symptoms first before spending.does engine get wide open throttle,top rpms,proper horsepower for hullweight,length,type of hull,engine height installed correct,even with keel on bottom of hull, Just for starters......THERE IS A FORUM ON THIS WEBSITE ADDRESSING YOUR THREAD, TOP OF PAGE
