Hey guys. I'm in the market for a new-ish boat and need clarification on what the tilt/trim units look like.
I always thought that the ones with 3 rams, had both functions. (trim and tilt)
I looked a 20-foot Xcell bay model with a 115 Yamaha SHO. It didn't have the 2 little, short trim cylinders on it.
The owner swears that it is Trim and Tilt. I don't know whether to believe him or not.
I passed on the boat, but I still want to know, do they make a trim/tilt unit without the 2 little trim cylinders?
