Shipping Weight needed for outboard 1989 85hp

I have just shipped a 1989 Force 85hp outboard from Virginia to me in Calfornia, based on what they call 85 freight. I put that the motor and controls weigh 335 lbs... The trucker was upset with
my friend that sold it to me and said it weighed much more. According to a couple of posts...a Johnson 115hp weighs 315lbs...What I hope to do is have a factory sheet showing the weight...so that when the trucker arrives I will have it in hand.
any thoughts???

Wow. 350 lbs...
I'm glad I put 335 to 350
I've looked all over factory sites, manuals, etc...for documentation that I can show this freight trucker.
Would it be possible for you to email me the site, so I can copy it for this guy? I have the Nada page, but it shows 255 lbs dry weight.

I believe weights are in the Owners Manual. I'll check this afternoon if thats not too late.

that is the exact documentation I needed...Now I will have that weight in hand when the motor arrives.
