remote box on 1977 85hp evinrude outboard

im replacing shift an throttle cables in remote box but i dont know where the position is for warm up lever in remote box cause its not maked on remote box for start position can any one help or give me general idea

There is more than one type of control box that can be used with your motor !-----You need to post pictures.-----But the original box had a lever on inside ( boat side ) that was raised for starting.----Later boxes had a lever on top.-----My cristal ball has a dead battery so pictures are needed.
