So back to the low compression. If it's that low measured twice it either has stuck rings from carbon or damaged from another issue. The only way to find out is removing the transfer port cover to look at the piston condition on the intake side or the exhaust cover plate on the exhaust side or sell it as is for the sum of its parts.
