Power Trim Fluid

Hi all,

What do I use to top up the Power Trim reservoir in my 1989 Merc 90hp? From memory I was told to use ATF fluid last time. Does this sound correct?

Stick a Q-tip inot the fill hole to see what is in there. It's either ATF or clear PS fluid.

Manual says to replace with what you find. My '02 90 is red so it has ATF.
