Power trim doesnt work/

Pump operates.. i can hear it.. oil level is full...
Any ideas???

I cant even lift the motor to get it off the metal brace..
now that i say that.. i wonder if it could be rusty hinges? or something..
boat has been sitting. iTHINK for at least 4-5 years.

Also, it does build up some air pressure.. when i run the motor..
like when i take off the fill cap it releases pressure

see if your unit has a bleeder screw on it
