pontoon ignition and stall

pontoon takes time to start upon ignition, then starts for 3 seconds and then stalls. i am new to boating. Please help.

Outboard? If it sits for more than a few days, pump the bulb on the fuel line.

Yes it is outboard. thanks for your response. i obviously dont know much about my boat. anythiing else you can suggest, i will take it all in.

now time to search where the bulb is.

Read an owners manual on your motor.----Or pay someone to show you how to operate the motor.----Will save you many $$ .

The bulb would be between the fuel tank and the motor, usually in the well ahead of the engine. Should look something like this:
