Piston keep or replace?

Rebuilding my 1996 mercury 150 after cleaning carbon buildup off piston head I came across some nicks and scratches. Question is do I replace or reuse?

Also want to add-
I'm replacing all piston rings what are the proper gapping specs
On .02 over size and .03 over size

Those are Wisco pistons and will only accept their rings. The nick will be fine. Gap is .018-.025 but I usually see them around .020-.022

Think about what??-----Is it what looks like a crack to you in the bearing ???-----That is how those bearings are made.----How else would they be assembled on the crankshaft.
