The peak to peak on the smaller spikes out of the magneto charge coil is around 278V. This is above the 230V the service manual says is the minimum needed as recorded by a peak reading DVOM. The end encompassing signals/spikes are about 320V P-P. The time between each spike translates to about 90 RPM's which seems reasonable for the engine cranking over. The question is what I'm seeing/recording the same as what a "peak reading DVOM" would read?
