My Optimax 115 dfi 2007, long time not running cuz fuel issue, bad fuel with dirt
There is no dealer and no repair parts for Optimax in my area (just mechanical dealing with outboard engines )
So after changing fuel pumps, and clean up the injectors, hoses, fuel dipharm assy etc
And change the Sparks
It,s working fine several times at home, there is a Beeb alarm it's oil sensor
I jump the sensor, no beebs again
1st trip
I bring my boat to the sea working fine over 1 hour
2nd trip
Working fine at sea over 2 hours and shutting down the engine several times with no problems, when coming back to Beach the engine is shutting down and not starting again
Trying several times at beach not running
Bring it back to home trying to run the engine again, but not work
Next day trying to run the engine, it's working fine, but when trying to using trim up and down the engine will going to be shut
Now the engine is crank up but not work
Fuel pressure is ok, Sparks fine, no water in separator
I check the slave solenoid using multimeter is 12v when thortlle switch on or off
Change the main power rellay, the same thing
