OMC/Volvo Penta sterndrive installation

Hello all, the link is to a Craigslist posting for a 1997 Pursuit for sale. "Partially submerged", engine frozen, Ian victim. Has duoprop drive.
This is obviously an OMC engine, but what in the world is all that frammis on the front of the engine? It's obviously not fresh water cooled.

Ayuh,..... looks like a fuel pump/ cooler on the starboard side(or something), 'n a P/S pump, alternator on the portside,....

I don't do Volvos, but that looks like a fuel filter at the far left of the picture,....
