OMC 1974 Type 3 Electric Shift Sterndrive questions

1) Can the impeller be replaced without pulling the boat out of the water? This outdrive is on a houseboat and it is extremely expensive to have it pulled out of the lake. (around 3k for taking it out and putting it back in)
Where can I find a OEM (or maybe Sierra?) impeller kit? Does anyone have a part number?
Where can I find a trim ring (the aluminum one piece ring that sits against the rubber boot and attaches with screws on the outside of the transom? Part number?
What about a front motor mount for a 3.0 4 cylinder?
Need a engine thermostat and gasket as well. Part number?

If you plan carefully I think you can replace impeller without pulling the boat.---Just remove the drive.-----Need to stand in shallow water.----Need clear ( visibility ) water.----Need to deal with hole for shift wires.-----Stop water leak at that hole and need to pull wires back through.
 
thank you for replying. This sounds fun...lol. I better go buy a service manual. When you mention"pulling the drive" your referring to the upper drive I assume?
