Oil Leaking from midsection 1984 115 Evinrude

I noticed that about 45 minutes after I run the engine a slow oil leak occurs from the midsection of the engine. If you are behind the engine, it's the left side and closer to the rear. It takes about a day and the oil leak will reach the bottom of the engine. I tried uploading pictures but could not do so. Does anyone know what the problem is? I sincerely appreciate all feedback

Probably all the left over unburned crappy 2cycle(what ever was on sale at Wallmart) oil running out of the engine when it gets hot.

Run Johnson/Evinrude XD50 in it and it will eventually clean itself up.

Sounds like there may be some fuel/oil mix leaking from your carbs or possibly a fuel line. The gas will evaporate & leave just the oil. Look for a leak around your carbs & fuel lines. Also, if the carbs are leaking and you leave your engine in the Upper position instead of lowering it when not in use, that'll cause the oil to leak down into the engine cover.
