No spark

Older 3 cly 75 hp mercury has no spark new battery stator low speed side has lower than spec voltage but high speed side is good people keep saying it’s the stator I’m not sure kill switch is unhooked any help I’d be grateful I’m a car mechanic not a boat I’m lost lol thanks ahead of time
 
are you using a dva adapter on your meter to check voltage? you can look up the ohms on that stator to. I've checked one with my fluke meter before and check bad, got dva adapter and checked good.
 
Yes using a dva adapter. Found spec on another site they were different then it was within I m so confused now for sure. I ordered a used but good cdi box will try that thanks for info. Not sure why specs are different on another site
 
well you have original parts and cdi aftermarket part they carry different ohms. if you look up cdi electronics they have a trouble shooting guide that has both.
