No crank or electric tilt?

Just can not diagnose this issue.
Johnson 70 1995 was running. Went to turn on the next week and no crank and electric tilt not working.
Battery is charged, I have power to the starter, I can bridge the solinoid and the engine will crank.
When I turn the key on and off I have power on/off at the fuse.
So the tilt should work if boat is in neutral or not.. right?

Where is the power stopping?

OK problem rectified as it was what I expected but coundnt see.
The fuse was faulty, looked fine but it wasnt. A new fuse fixed it.

So when I checked the fuse earlier I had the volt meter connected and saw power on/off when turning the key and assumed the wiring there was ok and fuse looked fine too.

So for anyone with a similar issue, try another fuse.
For those who know all about this then you know my frustrations and lessons learned.
