Need wiring harness

Helping a retired friend out with pontoon motor-82 35hp Johnson Model # is j35elcnd. The wiring harness on the engine is fried. Where can I find one? Ive tried this site and ebay--no good? I would replace seperate wires but they are toast too close to the red rubber boot/pin connector--help Memorial Day is close. Thanks from David
 
they are not cheap as you can see.....there are outboard repair shops that never throw anything away....you know the type.....100 old motors laying around....you may find one that has this as that was a common motor in its day...
