Need help PLEASE. I am looking for a used or maybe new ECM part# 3860098 for 4.3l GI

I am trying to find an ECM for my 2000 Princecraft Deck Boat, it has a 4.3L GI PWTR motor and the part number I need is a 3860098. Also, if this is not an option, does anyone rebuild marine ECM's. Thanks for any help.
