I just got a 95 johnson 25 hp long shaft off of a pontoon but i need a short shaft tiller steer for my 16 footer. I have a 77 evinrude 25 hp short shaft that i blew up and was wondering if im able to swap the motor from johnson to the evinrude. I looked at everything and it all seems to line up but want to make sure before i tear it all down. Heres the model numbers for both motors if that helps thanks in advance for help. Johnson
