Motor shake and won't rev up

My DT65 -98 vibrates and won't rev up.
Spark plugs looks normal.
I cleaned the fuel filter.
I suspect the CDI unit..

Check gear oil.-----Do a compression test and post your numbers.----Then check for spark.-----Motor might not be running on all cylinders.

Gear oil is checked and replaced.
Compression from top 130, 123, 130 psi
