I have a Mercury 115 hp, 4 stroke outboard, 2013 year. The motor sometimes starts to miss like a cylinder or two cut out, major power loss. Seems like it happens most when trying to run at higher rpm’s. Then other times it will run fine. Seems to be getting worse to the point at the last time out it would not run well enough to trailer the boat.
I changed plugs, both fuel filters and bench cleaned all the injectors before last time out. Started across lake thought it was fixed until about a minute or two then problems came back.
Then I checked the fuel module pumps, the lift pump seems to be working fine pulling fuel from the boat tank. Filled a gallon fairly quick. The high pressure fuel pump seems to run fine but have no way to check pressure.
Lost on what to check next.
