Motor is only going 6mph @ W.O.T

Hi, i have a 95 evinrude 60hp motor. I took it out saturday and it ran like a champ for a few miles then all of a sudden the motor bogged down and wouldn't go any faster than 6 mph at full throttle. I don't really know where to start on this problem. Could this be a clogged fuel line/carb issue or an ignition issue? If anyone has experienced this before and could point me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Any of the above. First off, start with an OEM service manual. Not Seloc or Clymer. Sounds like you lost two cylinders or you have linkage probs.
