Mercury outboard 75hp 4 stroke wont fire

I have a 2003 Mercury outboard 75hp 4 stroke that won't fire. I have replaced rectifier/regulator and ignition module, engine turns over fine and full of gas.

Silly question but.......have you checked kill switch tether???
